Mark Irby is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades experience in the industry. He chose to call southeastern North Carolina home after settling near Holden Beach in 2012.

Working in the Columbus, Ohio area real estate market since 1991, Mark was licensed in North Carolina and joined the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage family in early 2013.

Mark understands the importance of keeping up with the ever-changing real estate industry, earning several designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and actively participating in the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program.

Apart from his professional achievements, Mark is also actively involved in serving the community, actively volunteering with local non-profit organizations and has held various leadership and committee positions with the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS.

When he's not working or volunteering, Mark enjoys exploring the area on his "almost vintage" Triumph motorcycle, visiting the many attractions that the Brunswick County and southeastern North Carolina region has to offer.
